Rocks, Poppies . . . and . . . . Spunky Canyon.

I hope this finds everyone in good spirits and the Easter bunny was good to you, or you had an extra good Passover. This past weekend, we did a deja-vu trip . . . we went to Vasquez Rocks and to see the California Poppy in bloom again.









After Vasquez Rocks, we headed to Lancaster to see the California Poppy Reserve. We stopped in Spunky Canyon (yes, that is the name of the canyon I guess). It is a very cute town with a gas station, a cafe and a little more.





We found some beautiful California Poppies.





Also a few other beautiful high desert scenes.
