Too Fast, and not too much, just right!

What a crazy busy weekend we had. Friday night, after arriving home we decided to go look at a 1987 Mercedes Benz 560sl. I love this automobile, the body style and everything about it. We have been looking at them for several years. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the dealer, it had been sold.No worries, we will find one.

So, we decided to go gambling and play the slot machines. We really did not win or loose much money, we just had fun playing the slot machines. I enjoy playing this video slot machine called "Ms. Kitty" lol it is too funny. After playing for several hours we drove home. Getting home about 4:00 am.

Saturday, we slept in, the got ready to go to the HRC True Colors concert. Stopped off at Doughboys fore some good food on our way to the Greek Theatre. What a great time we had. The concert was fantastic! We really enjoyed all the groups that preformed. The concert started at 6:00 pm and lasted until almost 11:00 pm. The B-52's and Cyndi Lauper was especially good.

Sunday, we got up and headed to Magic Mountain to celebrate a friends birthday. For years, Magic Mountain has had a reputation of being gang or thug filled. I can honestly say, I did not see anything like that. Lots of families with tween or teenagers. Quite a few younger families also. Being that it is primarily a roller-coaster park. It makes sense. We had a great time, it was a little hot in late morning and early afternoon. The coolest thing is that we hardly ever waited in line for a ride. If we did, not much longer than 30 minutes. A blast was had by all who joined us.

I hope your weekend was great too.

I haven't visited Magic Mountain in years. the last time, I think, Batman was the new coaster. I'll see if I can sweet talk my partner into going.

I so wanted to go to that HRC concert, but I'm already excited because I get to see COLDPLAY in two weeks! YEEHA! Cyndi Lauper, the B52's, and Andy Bell of Erasure! YEEHA! Wanda Sykes was there too wasn't she?

Magic Mountain. I ain't been there in about 8 years. I'm too old to handle those rides anymore. Did u hear about the teenager in Georgia that got killed over the weekend at a Six Flags? EEK!

Busy weekend. We have a Six Flags here in Massachusetts. I went last year but the Superman coaster was closed for repairs. I want to go again.

Looks like you had yourselves a great time and that concert sounds like it was a blast. Good thing you weren't at the Six Flags park that had a terrible accident which led to the decapitation of a teenager who supposedly jumped a security fence to retrieve a cap he lost.

Too bad the SL had already sold. You could have looked like Bobby Ewing on Dallas! Where is there a casino near you? In SD, there are a few that I like to frequent.
